I have 3 calendars (personal, kids stuff & work). I am wondering if there is
a way to link all 3 into 1 main calendar so I don't have to search through all 3 before I schedule something, but on the same hand I want to keep the individual calendars. I want to enter for example a doctor appt on my personal calendar and have it show up on the main calendar. (kind of like google does) |

Why not use one calendar and either color-code the entries or use categories?

Sorry outlook office 2003 Then there is no way to show an overlaid view of all three calendars. You have a few choices for OL 2003, as far as I can see: one is to open all three in separate windows (which it's ideal), or you can copy the contents of all three to a fourth and then view that (which is what I'd do). You can also buy a tool that will automate the copying of the contents those calendars into a fourth, if you still want to keep the original three separate. See this: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.asp With OL 2007, you can overlay multiple calendars so that a single view is presented. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
