In Outlook 2003, can we look at shared calendars (we have exchange server) in
one calendar, rather than side-by-side?

Dear alo,

you could update to Outlook 2007 which has an "overlay" function for
additional or shared calendars or you could try 3rd party "Groupcalendar":

"Maintaining a Group Calendar in Outlook"
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm

Maybe it helps.

Thanks for the information; that is what I thought from reading the help
topics. Guess we won't be getting Outlook 2007 since we just got 2003 this
summer! I'll try your other suggestion. alo
