Default Reacurring Alarms

I have birthdays in my calendar 2003 when I synch them to my phone the alarm
goes off at 12.30am is there a workaround??

Not an Outlook problem - suggest you consult the manual for your phone to see why this is happening.

If the time for a reacuring birthday is set by Outlook on the computer what
time does it go off??

If Outlook sets the birthday to 12.30am what time does the alarm go off on
the computer?
