Default Audio or pop-up reminder every 3 hours

Win XP, Office Enterprise.
I must take medication every 3 hours from 7.30am to 7.30pm every day for the
next 6 days.
Is there any that this can be done in Outlook?
Or perhaps via some other software or on the internet?

I don't think Outlook is well suited to that. There are tons of free alarm
clock programs on the Internet.

I've looked at most - none provide reminders for less than 1 day time
intervals ...
If u know any that provide a time repetition of less than one day, please
let me know.
