You'll need to state whether your Outlook data is in a PST or on an Exchange
server.

PST. I tried to find out how to add an email in outlook on an Exchange
Server, but have no idea to do it. All my emails go to a personal folder. I
do have 2 email addresses optimum online and hotmail. And they are POP/SMTP
and HTTP.

Clearly, you can access your Hotmail messages from any PC in the world with
an Internet connection and a web browser. For your Optimum Online messages,
if you leave them on the server as well, the same probably applies. I can't
imagine Optimum Online doesn't have a web interface to mail. If, however,
you download and delete the messages with Outlook, you'll need to configure
and use a tool like VCN, pcAnywhere, or GoToMyPC to access Outlook on your
PC from another PC. This will also possibly involve modifying your firewall
settings to allow that connection inbound.

I have no problem reading my emails on line. I would like to see my outlook
calendar at other computers and on my laptop. How do I do that?

In Outlook 2007 you have the function to publish a calendar on the Office
Online website, which you can then subscribe to, using Outlook 2007 on
another machine.
Unfortunately, Outlook 2003 doesn't have this functionality AFAIK. the
easiest answer there, might be to set up a Yahoo mail account, and download
the yahoo Intellisync utility which allows you to synchronise calendar,
tasks, and Contacts to and from Outlook 2003 to Yahoo....then all you need
to do is to install Intellisync on any machine you wish to view your
calendar on......or just view it online at yahoo....
