Default In coming All Day Event meetings from people on vacation time F

I have various people who send me meeting request showing when they will be
out of the office, they use all day events, however they for some reason
can't seem to set the show time as "Free".

When the all day event come into my mailbox it makes my calendar appear as
if I am booked all day. Is there a option to use the rules wizard to work
around this meeting request? Either move those request to an alternate
calendar or ???

Thanks

The rules wizard only works on incoming mail items.
