I have setup in reource schedule Auto accept meeting request and process
canclelations and automatically decline conflicting meeting requests checked
In permission all users have Publishing aurthor rights



I am part of the IT group which has owner right and even I booking and
cancling schedule will not dlete ...

| the issue is when I canccle a meeting from that boardroom it shows up
| cancled what I want to do is when I cancle a meeting it should delete
| that meeting from the board room calader automatically.

| The reason it a big deal is due that I have set not to double book
| and the company wants keep that way. However it will not allow some
| to book ove a cancle meeting.
