Default Updating meeting details

Is there any way to stop everybody getting updates when details of the
meeting have changed? If you change the time or duration you do get a
message to ask you if you want to update everybody. If you add details to
the body of the meeting the updates go to everybody. If you are a PA you
would want to add details for yourself but not necessarily pass them on to
all of the invitees

Thanks

Dianeg
