How can I change the standard Calendar "view" to get rid of the "24hour view"
and to show just the hours, say, between 0600 and 1800. the twenty- four hour
view does not allow a "full day" view without having to use the scroll and
things can be missed.......

if you have a support contract you could open an incident, otherwise there
isn't a way, other than posting here.

outlook doesn't have a "work time" view. I use a 60 min time scale so I can
see most of the day.

Thanks Diane. I have done that also but it is not optimal. I find it strange
that the option of amending the view is not available. Whilst we are on the
subject, I think the Outlook Today page view should have the option to
include a Calendar View that comes up in the same size as that in the "To
do" Bar -about two by two inches in your language. This would be useful for
people like me who open Outlook wiyh the Today page as default.

Since your talking about the calendar is it posible to back up the calendar
and contacts list to a thumb drive...I recently lost my hard drive and have
to go though the process of re-doing it all and this time I want to back it
