Default How do I set up how long appointments are kept on the calendar?

I have a BlackBerry and each time I synchronize it, all of the appointments
on my calendar going back hundreds of appointments are added to the
BlackBerry. How can I change the settings in Office Outlook to delete
appointments prior to a certain date? I need to clear the calendar for
everything prior to 2 weeks ago.

Thanks,
Susan

You either need to configure autoarchive or set the BB to only sync the last
2 weeks.

Dear Diane,
Thank you for your response. How do I set the BB to only sync the last 2
weeks? I thought I had that done, but I don't see it happening.

you'll have to look in the BB's sync options.
