Default Outlook recurring meetings

I need to set up a recurring meeting with some on the first Tuesday and some
on the second Tuesday. If I set up a recurring meeting for the first Tuesday
without any attendees, then move the second Tuesdays over, then add the
attendees, will the invites go out for the proper days???

I'm not quire sure what you mean here. It sounds like you should have two
recurring meetings, one for the first Tuesday, with its attendant invitees
and one for the second Tuesday, with its invitees.

It accompanies a meeting that is every other week; however this one is on the
first of those meetings each month, so it's not a recurring that is, say,
every first or every second Tuesday but mixed with the same attendees each
time. It piggybacks to the eow meeting once a month. I know, clear as a
bell?????
