Default CPAO: object reference not set to an instance of an object

CPAO cannot connect to Outlook 2007. I have restarted outllok and cpao, run
diagnostics and repair, installed Vista SP1, reinstalled cpao and always get
same error msg: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. How do
I set cpao to an object? Or where does cpao look for objects? Do I need to
move Outlook 2007 for a different folder? Could McAfee be involved? Need help.

I don't know if anyone was looking for an answer... but this error often
means a .Net error. Try Office Diagnostics.
