Default mulitple calendars

Hi, I am trying to find a way to have multiple calendars updated with a new
item that I list in one calendar. Is this possible?

No, not without using a script or 3rd party tool.

what version of outlook do you use?

I am using 2003. I've written code for Access. If you could point me to
some examples or get me started, it would be great.
