How do I resend a meeting invite to just one attendee out of sever

I (organizer) sent out a meeting invite to several attendees. One of the
attendees has lost or deleted the meeting invite. Therefore I need to send
just him the meeting invite again. I don't want to forward the invite, as I
want him to receive updates when the original meeting invite is updated. How
do I resend but just to him.

You might try deleting him from the meeting and saving it (without
sending a reminder if possible). Then add him again, save the
meeting, and send the notice only to added/removed attendees.
