I have put various birthdays and holiday's on my outlook calendar. To make
the number's bold on the calendar I put that I was busy. However, I cannot make the holiday/birthday show up in my appointment list to remind me unless I mark it as being less than an all day event. Is it possible to make holidays be listed and bold without showing it as busy and only a period of time? Thanks Otyokwa |

It seems to me that anything whose "Show time as" value is "busy" or "out of office" will cause a date to be bolded. Anything showing "free" won't. This doesn't appear to depend on the duration. It works that way both for all-day events and for events with explicit start and end times. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
