Using OL 2007 in an office environment with Exchange Server.

We have an organizational account/box that receives a lot of mail.
Most of these messages need to be turned into task. I can flag the
message with a due date, but that only shows in the To-Do list, I
can't seem to find a way to view another's To-do. I do have access to
the task list, but the To-dos don't show there.

Is there a way to view someone's else To-dos or at least have the
To-dos show up/display in the task list?
