All my appointments from the past are gone! All I have are the past two
months, so all my medical, etc., history is gone. Where is the setting for that and how could it have gotten changed. I've used Outlook for many years and sync with a Blackberry now, previously a Palm and my appointments always stayed forever. |

Do you have AutoArchive settings set up on your Outlook data file?
Right-click on Calendar in your folder list and select Properties. Go to the AutoArchive tab and see what the settings are. In might just be that the old appointments have been moved to your Archive.pst file. - Merg -- Today's problems don't worry me, I haven't solved yesterday's yet. "ech" wrote in message ... The AutoArchive functions are grayed out on my system. Nothing is checked or
specified. What setting do I need to keep my appointments from disappearing? I have never changed any of these settings and my appointments were always there when I went back to look something up. Thanks! I had looked at Blackberry but didn't find this. However, my
computer won't unzip the .ipd file that is downloaded. How very frustrating this is - I can't believe it deletes old appointments - I never would have switched from my Treo had I known this. I got that file to work; now to see if it really leaves my appointments are
there. The most frustrating thing is that they were removed from Outlook. I wouldn't care if they weren't on my phone for more than the last 90 days, but to delete them from my primary calendar is the biggest issue. Why oh why? Thanks for your help; I do appreciate it and I hope that update will solve the problem. "Brian Tillman" wrote: ech wrote: All my appointments from the past are gone!
