Default Moving a calendar

I have a user with several calendars used for booking meeting rooms.
Unfortunatly this seems to show her time as booked as well.

We have created a new user on the system to use as a location for the
calendars. However how can I move all the bookings from the original user to
the new user?

I tried exporting to a pst file but when I tried to import it I got an error
message saying the file is not compatable. Both systems are using Outlook
2007 and we have an exchange server 2003
