Default Scheduling boss's meeting

Using Outlook 2003, how can I schedule meetings for my Director without
everyone's responses going to her inbox? Should I schedule them on my
calendar so the responses go to me or is there a way to still put a meeting
directly on her calendar, but responses go directly to me?
