My scheduling assistant button does not show. How can I get this?

Correction - the Suggested Times pane that should be on the right side is
what is not showing

Default Scheduling Assistant

I just notice my corrected posting is showing as blank. It's the Suggested
Times pane on the right side of the screen that is missing.

I am using Oulook 2007 and Exchange 2003 Enterprise.
