So my company has set up exchange accounts/calenders for Conference Rooms, to
see the calendar which is shared among users. However, of course since it is a shared calendar all users can just view the calendar and all events and attendees. Is there a way to view the shared calendar but only to see the free/busy information pretty much just see if the room is occupied during that time. Remember this is for the calender, not the scheduling a meeting aspect. Let me know what options I have for this and please be as specific as possible as I have been looking for a solution on this topic for days. Thanks. |
