Default Add-in U.S. holidays for 2008 and beyond to Outlook 2000?

I'm seeing the outlook-tips link in a lot of related threads, but it's not
helping in my case.

Like a lot of Outlook 2000 users, I'm not getting dates from 2008 on, even
after updating my outlook.txt file and doing the tools\options\calendar
options bit and then the "add holidays" and select/de-select thing. I also
noted right away that the outlook.txt file that was already in the 1033
folder (and which I just replaced (after renaming it for backup purposes))
doesn't list holidays from 2003-2007. Instead, it lists holidays from
1999-2002. But... as of right now (and before starting this process) the
ONLY holidays I'm seeing are 2003-2007. I was not seeing the pre-2003
holidays before, and I am not seeing the post-2007 ones now. So it would
appear that my Outlook isn't even using the outlook.txt file for its holidays
list.

Any ideas?

if the file in your folder path has old holidays in it, you do not have the
new holiday file. you need http://www.outlook-tips.net/files/OUTLOOK.txt.
Use search to see if you have multiple copies of outlook.txt on your hard
drive - replace them with the new one then run the Add Holidays dialog in
Tools, Options, Calendar.
