Default See shared calendar

I have Outlook 2007. Someone else in the office has 2003. They gave me
permission to see their calendar but the "People's calendars" does not show
up in my navigation pane as the help suggests. Are they compatible Can I
see his calendar? Please help! Thank you in advance!!
