Default Non-notification of appt changes

Outlook 2007. I have a coworker that schedules appts for several higher-ups.
She keeps a calendar with an appt and the participants also have the appt on
their calendars (of course). Often, they reschedule their own appointment
(which Outlook allows them to do) and she needs to move or cancel the appt on
her calendar. How can she do this without bothering the other participants
with a notification of the change or cancelation?

She should schedule the appointments directly in their calendars only. She
can setup Outlook to view and edit all these different Calendars on one
screen provided she has been given the correct permissions.
