Default printing the calendar

how do i get a printout of my calendar that will list the meeting attendees
on the printout as well as the meeting time and subject. I also would like to
know how to do this for the calendar view

This is a suggestion for an alternative. The My Outlook Calendar offers
the option of printing meeting Attendees:
Calendar Tools http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print
