Default Group calendar - Time Off

I'd like to maintain a calendar of time off for our workgroup ~ AUTOMATICALLY
if possible. We share our calendars and use the term "PTO" to indicate time
off. Is it possible to pull all appointments of this name and schedule them
into a common calendar?
