Default Write New Calendar Entries to Share Calendar Instead of Default

There are a few people on a team who have created their own calendars then
shared them with other members on the team. However, when adding
appointments/meetings and inviting the other team members, the entry winds up
in the default calendar not the shared calendar. Is there a way to
accomplish either copying entries across share calendars or specifying which
calendar to record the entry when you accept a meeting/appointment (i.e.
share vs default)?

users will need to copy them to the other calendar themselves - outlook
always uses the mailbox's default calendar. .
