Default Use Outlook 2003 for surgery schedule

It all depends on what you want to do and what you want to show and what you want the physician to be aware of. Your question is far too vague to offer specific direction - please be more specific in what you want the end result to be.

After furious head scratching, Chris asked:

| I work in physicians office and I would like to use outlook 2003 to
| schedule patient surgeries but I need a little direction. Would you
| need to create a contact for each patient scheduled for surgery? and
| Is there a way to edit the appointment template?
|
| Thanks. Chris
