I just switched to Office 2007 (from 2003) and noticed that all my meeting
requests now display my name on them on my calendar. It looks like this: 8:30am Meeting @ Office; Victor; I want to turn this feature off as it is just extra information taking up space on my calendar. Is there a way to turn this off? |

I'm stuck looking at my name all over my calendar? I like to keep it as streamlined as possible and this is really distracting. I wish there was at least an option to turn this 'feature' off. |

Thanks for letting me know - this is one of those things that I wonder how it got past a user group test...or did the user group test get skipped? Thanks again for your help. Do you have the link handy where we let Microsoft know that we would like to see a change to something like this? |

see http://support.microsoft.com/gp/vista_supoffnew for support
information - you can open a support incident for your complaint. while I will mention it to them, opening an incident has the best chance of getting it fixed - if enough people complain. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: ** Please include your Outlook version, Account type, and Windows Version when requesting assistance ** "Victor" wrote in message ...
