Default Custom Forms --publishing

i created a very basic appointment form that defaults the sensitivity to
private for all appointments that my boss makes. But when his delegate (she
has "owner" permissions) tries to add things to his calendar from her
outlook, she gets an "object cannot be found" error. I am assuming it is
becuase she does not have this form on her computer. How do i publish it so
that she has the same form as the boss? i tried to create the same exact
form on her computer, but still got the error.

How/where do i publish the form so the delegate can add those items to the
boss's calendar with the custom form?

If you tried to recreate the form on her machine and got an object error,
the issue is not publishing. It is probably that she does not have
something installed right. Try a Repair on Outlook.
