Default Outlook meeting to have tasks (action items) and meeting minutes

I would like to see the option to attach meeting minutes and tasks (to
represent action items) attached to a meeting in Calendar. The meeting
minutes can then be linked to the meeting ensuring it can be found easily.
Also tasks can be used to track the action items and will be easy to track
for closure. It is especially beneficial for scheduled meetings (e.g. weekly
progress meetings).

You can insert tasks and files to the notes field of any outlook item.
