Default Outlook 2K3 free/busy information and delegate.

Hi,

Setup is Outlook 2003 SP3 in cached mode and Exchange 2003 SP2.
We have a manager whose secretary is delegated to accept meetings on his
behalf. The manager can see free/busy information for attendees when he is
making an appointment or accepts it himself. He can not see free busy
information of attendees, it includes himself, for meetings accepted on his
behalf by his secretary. Did some digging and downloaded and applied the
"Office2003-BK935411 -GLB.exe+" patch but the issue remains. I'm stumped, any
help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Jayman

Hi Again,

Please see KB 309185 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/309185/pl and tell your
opinion as to what the workaround is exactly saying meaning what type of
access should the delegate get?
