What version of Outlook? What type of account? Have you tried starting Outlook once with the /cleanreminders command switch? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

I enter the reminder the same way that I did for years in outlook 2000. When I view the Reminder Window, it's alway blank. I know nothing about the command switch. I'm not sure what that has to do with my problem. It seems to me that something is not turned on. |

You didn't answer all of my questions. Is the appointment in your default calendar? What type of account? I believe the reminder window will always be blank unless there's an active reminder that has fired but that you haven't yet dismissed. The command switch I described will regenerate all reminders for upcoming appointments. Click StartRun and in the Open field enter outlook.exe /cleanreminders Be sure to include the space. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
