Default Adding holidays

Can anyone give me a step-by-step idiot's guide to adding holidays to my
calendar (Outlook 2003). I've gone through the adding holidays process via
Tools, Options etc and it says they are installed but are not showing on my
calendar.

I printed off a previous suggestion but can't understand what I'm supposed
to do!

Outlook 2003 came with a holiday file that goes only through 2007. You need
to update the holiday file to include the holidays for this year and beyond.
See this web page:
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/missinghol.htm . If there's something
there you don't understand, then come back here and post a detailed question
describing what you don't understand.

Hi Brian

I checked that out and clicked on the link to add 2006 to 2012. I don't know
what to do after that

since you have 2003, click the link at the end of the page for
http://www.outlook-tips.net/files/OUTLOOK2012.HOL and save or open it. If
you save it, you can save it anywhere - then double click on the file to
open. Once opened it will bring up the Add holidays dialog - check the boxes
for the countries or religions you need and ok it. That's all there is to
it.
