Default How do I change my calender to display work hours only?

Currently when I launch Outlook the calender displays the time from midnight
to, well, midnight the next day. (I don't know about you, but I don't work 24
hours of the day. )

Can I change Outlook to display work hours only, (e.g. 8:00 to 5:00) ?
