Default OL2007 and Connector

I have OL2007, running Vista SP1, useing IE7, and OL Connector. MSN Subscriber.
When I add an event to my calendar that is sync'd the event shows as an all
day event in OL2007, but when I view it on the web the event is a two day
event. This also happens vise-a-versa. If I create an event on the web that
is an all day event it shows as all day there but as a two day event with a
time schedule in OL2007.

The first thing I did was insure that my PC/OL2007/Webmail (live.com small
business account) were all set to the same time zone. This did nothing.
