I am trying to schedule a meeting on a conference room calendar that we have
set up as a resource. It will not let me schedule past 11/10/2008. I received the following message: Your meeting request was declined. It did not specify an end date. The end date must be before 11/10/2008. All times listed are in the following time zone: Eastern Standard Time _____ Sent by Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 We are using Exchange Server 2007, Outlook 2007 and Entourage 2008. This issue does not occur when sending a recurring meeting to individuals. This date does occur close to Daylight Savings Time ending but I cannot think that would be an issue. Any suggestions why this is occuring would be appreciated. Sandy |

Does the server set a limit of 6 months out for recurring meetings?
I know that when I use the Auto Accept for Exchange 2003 there is a set limit on how far out anyone is allowed to book the resource. Nikki Peterson "SandyH" wrote in message ... Thanks for the suggestion Nikki. I will get with our Exchange administrator
and see if this resolves the issue. Sandy "Nikki Peterson" wrote: Does the server set a limit of 6 months out for recurring meetings?
