I am currently using Outlook 2007 and want to schedule infrequent monthly
meetings i.e. every month but not at the same time or on the same day e.g.
1st monthly meeting might be arranged for 8am on a Tuesday and the 2nd
meeting might be 3pm on a Thursday

If it doesn't occur on a regular schedule, how can you consider it
recurring? Sounds like a number of separate meetings to me. Nonetheless,
