in outlook 2003 how do I show my working schedule 4days on 4 days off 4days
on, and repeat repeat

Create it in Excel and import it. I suggest you make a couple week
schedule in Outlook and Export that timeframe to Excel to give yourself
a template to expand on.

4 single appointments, each repeating every 8th day will do it. (off days
have no appointments)
