Default Outlook calendar tracking is not updating

Hello everybody, i'm sure this is an easy fix but i can't seem to find it.
One of my users has complained that accepted meeting requests are not showing
as accepted in the tracking tab. Any info would be greatly appreciated, we
are running outlook 2003 with exchange 2003.
