is there an easy way to keep a 'tenative' calendar invitefrom automatically
being added to a users calendar? In other words, I send an invite to a meeting that is tenatively scheduled. The reciever of the invite gets the mail, clicks 'Accept', but prefers the meeting entry not be added to the calendar due to the meeting being 'tenative'. Any help is appreciated. JR |

Thanks for your help. Just tried doing but got the same result; the
appointment is still automatically posting to my calendar even though I choose 'Tenative' instead of 'Accept'. Any other ideas how to make this happen? Thanks JR "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ... Any other ideas how to make this happen? I think I misread what you wrote. There is no way to keep a meeting invitation out of your calendar. As soon as you receive it, it will be added to your calendar as Tentative. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
