Default Any way to show completed calendar appointments as completed?

Is there any way to have completed calendar appointments show as completed?

For example the appointment I set at noon was completed. Can I change it in
any way to show as completed? Or even grayed out on the calendar, for example.

This would make it easier to quickly note which appointments were completed
and which are still active.

Thanks for any help on this

You might think about using task items instead.

Thanks Michael

I do use the Task items. - It seems that the answer to my question is no and
that once a scheduled appointment time has past it is considered
done/completed.

It would be nice to have an option to click that grayed out items you
actually feel are completed. It would work with the way I schedlue myself.

Oh well I guess we cant have everything.

Actually,...

I will look into using one particular color in the categorise area as a
designation that indicates appoinments of that color are now considerd
Complete.

I just thought Id post the idea here in case others might find it useful = )

Well it worked for me - I have added Black to my categories and every
appointment/task I add to my actual calendar that I feel is now complete I
change from what ever previous color it was designated to black.

This is a simple solution that quickly shows me how things stand on my
calendar.

You can create a category named "Completed" and assign that category to your
meetings when done.
