I have a group of users who share their calendars using Outlook 2003.
Recently a user with Outlook 2007 tried to open a shared calendar and got an error, "cannot display the folder". The 2003 users can see the 2007 user's calendar. We have Exchange 2003. Any ideas? |

Turned out the 2007 user had added CRM to Outlook, and their default contact list was "CRM Contacts" not "Global Address Book". Clicking on the "Name" button instead of typing a name allowed use of the correct contact list. PEBCAK (and, unfortunately, I was in the chair). |
