Hi,
We have Windows XP, MS Office 2003. I have to schedule meetings for 7 people, once every month for the next 12 months. I can't send out a recurring invitation (e.g., every third Tuesday), because the dates change slightly each month. Is there a way to do this without sending out 12 individual appointment invitations? Many thanks, Rosemary |
