I am on an exchange server. I’ve loaded in staff vacation in the Outlook
Blank Calendar for several months. I want to copy these monthly calendars
with data and forward via email to the staff involved. So far I tried to
export the calendar as a pst, but when I try to attach the pst file to an
email I get an error message.

will an html or word document work for your needs or do they require the
ability to add the events to their calendar?
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp has word templates which
can read your calendar - save as html format or send the word doc.
