Default Appointments disappearing

We are having a problem that reoccurs every few months. Appointments that a
secretary puts in her directors calendar dissapears (from both). We have
tried the cleanviews approach which may fix it for a while (it does not
happen enough to know). The secretary has delegate rights to the other
calendar, unfortunately this is a big problem and they are scheduling
appointments when they are not "free". We need a fix ASAP, that will not
revert the calendars to default settings every day.

Do you have other devices like Blackberry in the mix?

They have a Mogul device which is set up to sychronize with our Exchange
server. She usually does not have it on in the office (when these
appointments were made) as the signal is low. She may turn it on, during a
meeting, but then back off. The first appointment was made by her secretary
on May 2, she made her own appointment (I believe via her computer not Mogul)
on May 5th, for the same day because she did not see the other appointment.

I am in the process of checking with another department where the secretary
does a lot of scheduling for her director to see if they have a smiliar issue
(if they have a PDA, I don't know about it).
