I was hoping for a way to do this a little simpler. Can two computers access the same pst file in a shared folder without causing problems? Yes, provided only one Outlook is running at any one time. On the "master" PC, put the PST in a locally-hosted network share. Start Outlook and when it complains that it can't find the folders, browse to the new location of the PST. On the remote PC, add the PST with FIleOpenPersonal Folders File, browse to the share, select the PST and click OK. Be sure to make frequent PST backups as this isn't supported and can lead to data loss. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

![]() Thank you Brian & Gordon. You confirmed my suspicions about possible problems doing it this way. Walter A. |
