Meeting notifications sent out for every occurence of a recurring
I would like to know how to disable the notification sent out for each
occurrence of a recurring meeting. This is not necessary and is filling up in boxes of the attendees. I am using Outlook 2003.

Uncheck the option to request responses before sending the meeting request.
