help me someone - this is driving me mad - on an old version of outlook you
could just give permission for someone to access and add to your outlook and
it was really easy - 2007 version i cant seem to do this - iv e tried on the
publishing but it will only let me see the other calendars as view only
somebody please help me :-)

on an old version of outlook you could just give permission for someone to
access and add to your outlook and it was really easy.

Are you using Microsoft Exchange server or local Outlook PST files?

I am using outlook small business 2007 version and i think things are saved
to pst ????

for someone that is normally hot at all this stuff this one im stumbling on

Hi Karen,

yes, Outlook as "stand alone version" save in all versions the calendar,
contacts or e-mails in PST files.

In Outlook 98/2000 there was a "freeware" calle netfolders which allow users
to synchronize Outlook between the network or the internet.

Up to Outlook 2002(and 2003/2007) Netfolders is no more supported.
