Dear Karen,
which Outlook version do you mean: on an old version of outlook you could just give permission for someone to access and add to your outlook and it was really easy. Are you using Microsoft Exchange server or local Outlook PST files? -- Oliver Vukovics Share Outlook without Exchange (Vista Ready): Public ShareFolder Synchronize Outlook between PC and Notebook: Public SyncTool http://www.publicshareware.com "Karen" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ... help me someone - this is driving me mad - on an old version of outlook you could just give permission for someone to access and add to your outlook and it was really easy - 2007 version i cant seem to do this - iv e tried on the publishing but it will only let me see the other calendars as view only somebody please help me :-) |

Hi Karen,
yes, Outlook as "stand alone version" save in all versions the calendar, contacts or e-mails in PST files. In Outlook 98/2000 there was a "freeware" calle netfolders which allow users to synchronize Outlook between the network or the internet. Up to Outlook 2002(and 2003/2007) Netfolders is no more supported. If you want to "share" Outlook you maybe be visit this sites: Outlook sharing solutions: http://www.publicshareware.com/publi...scription.html http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm Article about "sharing your Outlook information (by Eric Legault)" http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...477571033.aspx Office Marketplace Outlook messaging tools: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ma...719621033.aspx Maybe it helps. -- Oliver Vukovics Share Outlook without Exchange (Vista Ready): Public ShareFolder Synchronize Outlook between PC and Notebook: Public SyncTool http://www.publicshareware.com "Karen" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ...
