Default The Operation Failed

I drag emails into a task folder, in Outlook 2002.

If I click on the embedded email, it opens without error. If I close it and
open it again, I receive "The operation Failed". I have to close Outlook and
re-open the
same email.

Does anyone know the fix for this problem.
